Click Save Changes

Pending – Order placed but not yet processed
Processing – Vendor is preparing the order
Completed – Order successfully delivered
Cancelled – Order cancelled by customer or vendor

Navigate to Become a Vendor
Submit the required information
Await approval from the DadaBoss team
Vendors can add, edit, or remove products from their dashboard, including pricing, images, and descriptions.
All vendors must comply with DadaBoss quality, pricing, and delivery policies to maintain marketplace standards.
Go to Support / Help Desk
Click Create Ticket
Select a category
Describe your issue
Submit the ticket
You can view ticket status and replies in your dashboard under My Tickets.
Open – Ticket submitted
In Progress – Support team is handling the issue
Closed – Issue resolved
Use a strong password
